About the project
We offer ceramists an inspiring space in which to create and experiment. Located in an inspiring setting, close to nature, our residence is rooted in an environment rich in history and culture.
Conceived as a true place to live and work, the residency provides well-equipped workshops adapted to the demands of ceramics, as well as on-site accommodation. This immersion encourages exchanges between artists, creating a dynamic of sharing and mutual enrichment.
The residency is also designed to showcase and communicate art to enthusiasts, collectors, the curious, families and specialists alike.

Art-Marotte Award
As part of the Perspectives Festival triennial in Andenne, Art-Marotte will present its very first "ART-MAROTTE AWARD".
This prize will recognize an artist participating in the 2025 edition with a one-month residency at the Château.
Meet the founder
Fabienne Withofs is a Belgian ceramist and a member of the International Academy of Ceramics. From the very beginning of her work in ceramics, she has been interested in the role of objects in everyday life.
Her aim is to offer a simple, natural, secure, authentic, and sincere beauty, accessible to all, created with spontaneity, with a spirit sometimes connected to the cosmos, sometimes to the context.
